Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What an amazing building and stunning performance of Swan Lake. Our seats were perfect. It was a bit of a maze as it is huge and there wasn’t a lot of time in the intervals so felt rushed to get back to your seats. All in all a wonderful experience

Trafalgar Square is a must see when in London. Our hotel was a few minutes walk away and the perfect location so we went here a few times during our stay. Every time we were blown away. It is an absolute beautiful Square. The fountains are lovely.

We were in London to see a couple of shows and were on the lookout for something to do on one of the afternoons. Fortunately I discovered the Theatre Royal Drury Lane Tour. It’s a fabulous hour of entertainment and education with two fabulous hosts. I’ve done tours of theatres before but this was something else. It was a non stop fun performance and we learned so much, not only about Drury Lane but about theatre terminology and the origins of theatre in this country. I can recommend it enough and at £22.50 a ticket it has to be one of the best value guided tours in London.

This is an awesome experience that showcases a great deal of the historical transformation of London's transport systems. I loved being able to see the older models of carriages, train cars, and other vehicles. I would recommend this as a family activity - your children of all ages will definitely have a positive experience. The staff on site were also patient and helpful. The only drawback was that the tickets were pretty expensive - it cost us nearly 50 quid for two adults.

On 20/03/04 my daughter and myself went to see the Lion King in the Lyceum Theatre. We were waiting in the Royal Circle Bar for the show to start when I was taken ill I passed out and was violently sick which was truly frightening. I want to thank 2 of your staff, David and Kaleigh for what they did to help me. They were amazing after sorting me out we were able to take our seats and watch the show was truly wonderful. Thank you once again to you both.

    To the management .
You should be very proud of the staff that work for you.

Spirited Away was an amazing production with great acting, puppetry and music. It was non stop and I would recommend it to anyone. It was in Japanese but had English sub-titles. No problem. I have not enjoyed myself so much and will be returning to see it again in June.

Neal's Yard is located close to Seven Dials and Covent Garden and a very short walk from Shaftesbury Avenue. Within the yard are a number of little cafe's and places to get something to eat.

It is a very small yard and when I visited there were a number of people milling about enjoying drinks. this meant it was a challenge to get about but worth checking out for places to get a snack.

St Martin-in-the-Fields is an Anglican church. The Church is in Trafalgar Square, which is a center of London. This Church of England is a fine structure rated from the 18th century. The Church is one of the finest in London. Apart from other things, the crypt has performances of the jazz type. It's popular with locals and visitors from the United Kingdom and overseas We looked around when we visited St Martin's when we were in Trafalger Square, it was beautiful.

Amazing guided tour of the museum & grand temple.

Learnt so much from the guide about the history of the masons in the museum before moving onto the temple which is such an elaborate stunning place.

I found this tour well worth it and found out loads about the masons and the good charitable work they do.

Saw "Tina" musical. Best musical show in London! All the London theatres we visited seem to have been renovated during the covid shut down. So, a beautiful and comfortable theatre.

Lovely compact theatre with surprisingly comfortable seats and micro toilets. Enjoyed the fabulous show. Didn't have an interval so no need to seek out refreshments
