Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Superb experience today with a very well run and flexible dive team! Shout out to George who was great in teaching my how to dive with a dry suit!

I recently did my PADI Advanced Open Water with the London Diving Centre and was very impressed by the attentiveness and care of their staff. I had previously had a rather negative experience with my regular open water training at a different dive school so was recommended to these guys for the advanced by a friend of mine and I'm so glad I made the switch - having good instructors who really care about your education rather than churning out qualifications as fast as possible makes such a difference! (Also, Stoney Cove is a beautiful dive site!)

    A very good experience.
    Facility - excellent
    Instructor - great and patient

I selected the Chertsey facility as I did not want to freeze my bits off in a local gravel pit.
I called a couple of times in advance to check a few things and spoke with Hannah and Andy who were friendly and helpful.

On the day Andy was my instructor for my check dive. (I am PADI Rescue Diver cert). He was calm and patient (especially good as my concentration varies) and I was very pleased with his instruction, and felt it good value for the cost.

I just read some of the other negative reviews, and they did not reflect my experience. Do read the terms, all is explained and you can always call if uncertain. I called mainly because I am older than 45, just to check no Dr letter was required, although no health issues. The Dr letter requirement is very clear. It is not LSD's job to take risks.
