Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very helpful, went out of their way to make sure our needs were catered for. Good bikes and service. In particular- came in early to facilitate out of hours bike returns. Highly recommended.

So my daughter and I decided we'd hire a bike and take advantage of the 1.65 for half hour offer. We walked to our local docking point and used the roadside station to complete our order for 2 bikes. We took the bikes out of the stands and attempted to get on the bike only to find that neither of our legs could reach the floor! We adjusted the seat and lowered it as far as it would go and still we couldn't reach the floor! We are both 5'3'' :-) despite this, we thought that once we actually got the bike moving, it would be fine. And all was. Neither of us are confident on the roads as a cyclist so we stuck to back roads away from the flowing traffic. Until a car came from behind and we had to brake/stop to allow the car to pass us. As we braked and neither of our feet could touch the floor, we had to basically lean the bike as we were braking in order for us to grip our foot on the floor to allow the bike to stop fully. This caused my daughter to lean her braking manoeuvre into me (to avoid being killed by the cr passing us!) and my braking manoeuvre to lean into her (to avoid hitting the parked car on my left!) which caused both of us to end up in a heap on the road! Luckily the car we were trying to get out of the way of wasn't going to fast otherwise he would have undoubtedly hit the pair of us. These bikes are no good for people who are shorter than 5'6'' as when you brake, in order to keep the bike straight, you need to be able to reach the floor. If you can't reach the floor, you have to lean yourself and the bike to the side in order to stop. This would be an ultimate suicide if you did this on a main or busy road! TFL need to understand not every human has long legs... if you are under 5'6'' and use these bikes, please stay off the main roads as you will be a hazard to yourself and other road users!

While chat support has been responsive, overall, the experience with rent connect was been poor.

From poor pickup instructions, poor WiFi connection directions, to poor WiFi throughout London, travelling outside of London, and poor instructions on device return, this truly was an unpleasant part of my vacation.

I relied on free WiFi provided in public as rent n connect WiFi frequently disconnected, and had poor service nearly everywhere inside and outside of London.

Rent n connect was responsive but all
instructions to “fix” the poor connection including removal of the SIM card, turning the device on and off, connecting and disconnecting my own phone WiFi did not resolve WiFi difficulties. I had the rental for 7 days. At no time did they offer to deliver a replacement device, or compensation for frustrations.

If it weren’t for chat support, I’d call the experience terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I was in London for a few days on business and had gaps in meetings, so decided to rent from Livelo and get some rides in. Experience was awesome, the company rep kept in touch over text to coordinate delivery, pickup, and check in on how my rides were going. The price was totally reasonable given that I got a newer model Bianchi (disc, ultegra) vs the older Treks that were the best things the nearby shops had to offer. Accessories showed up with the bike, so I literally only brought my shoes and Garmin- Livelo had everything else I needed. Now I need to plan more business trips in places they serve - get to Shenzhen guys!

This is for the Huntingdon Store in Cambridgeshire.
I would like to thank Iain and Linda for their help in sorting out hiking boots that had broken.
Iain yesterday sourced a replacement from another store only to find today that box was correct size but the boots inside wrong.
Linda went to great lengths to source another pair from other stores without success so I am now having them delivered to home address.
Staff were so friendly and helpful

A great choice you wanna escape from the throngs of tourists in the city. Stefan was very patient and accommodating. The pub he took me to was also excellent!

Fantastic shop with an exceptional selection of eBikes. They have eBikes for all different kinds of riding. The vibe is very chilled and doesn't feel like a high pressure sales environment as the team is friendly.

£50 fee hidden in contract for stolen bikes! (They get your £50 plus an insurance payout I'm sure)
My Bike was stolen, I handed over the police records and decided to cancel the contract as I didn't feel comfortable storing the bike in a location. Buzzbike have informed me that there is a THEFT FEE that needs to be paid and they will keep taking money for my subscription for a bike I do not have from my bank account regardless unless I pay the fee for theft. IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO BUY YOUR OWN BIKE, PAYING A SUBSCRIPTION PLUS FEE FOR LOSING A BIKE MAKES THIS WHOLE DEAL MORE EXPENSIVE THAN BUYING A BIKE FOR £100 AND YOU CAN FIND A BETTER QUALITY BIKE FOR £100 EASY.

Disinterested staff at the terminal. The wifi is no where near what even a Brit’s data on their phone can do. This was a terrific waste of money and I advise you to look elsewhere.

Really fun few hours. Great obstacles. We did the Challenge course. Getting stuck behind people who are a little more nervous to take the step can be a little frustrating, so don't be in rush to get the course done. £33 is quite steep but it's a fun afternoon to be had. Last admission is 4:30pm.
