Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great day out for the historian in our family. Not cheap but worth the visit.
Plenty to see and do. Can't miss the crown jewels.

One of the most amazing places to see in London. We didn’t know what to expect but were amazed. We booked the hidden treasures tour and the jubilee gallery, which was well worth the extra. The hidden treasures tour was a small group and you literally go behind doors with your guide and get to see so much more than general entry. This included the excavated ruins right outside where people are lining up which you don’t know exists until you go on this tour. Our guide Sarah was amazing. Because the groups is small you have no crowds until you return to general entry. The whole is place is breathtaking.

It's great to see it in person. Very impressive place. Didn't go in but saw plenty from street level. Some work being done to it but still worth visiting.

I timed my visit for sunset and got lucky; it was raining all day and cleared up for the evening. There is limited seating so be aware. The staff at the observation decks were super helpful. I believe someone named Marcus with glasses?? recommended we go to Bob Bob's for Beef Welly after and it was a stellar choice. I don't recommend the digtal photo package as it's very cheesy. There is a bar on both the upper and lower decks and the pricing was on par with my UK experience.

Fantastic guided tour around the Royal Albert Hall. Learnt loads about its history and how / why it was built.

Got to witness a soundcheck for the show on that night. Saw the royal box and royal retiring room.

Our guide was fab, I now want to go see a show! Café part was great as well with good food and fair prices.

Overall, The Shakespeare Theatre provided a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, offering a quaint and relaxing setting to enjoy quality entertainment. Whether you're a movie buff or simply looking for a cozy spot to unwind, I highly recommend checking out The Hood Theatre for an enjoyable evening out.

Easily accessed by Tube nice wide walk ways and open spaces too focused on high end retailers IMHO and could do with some more real retailers.

St Martin-in-the-Fields is an Anglican church. The Church is in Trafalgar Square, which is a center of London. This Church of England is a fine structure rated from the 18th century. The Church is one of the finest in London. Apart from other things, the crypt has performances of the jazz type. It's popular with locals and visitors from the United Kingdom and overseas We looked around when we visited St Martin's when we were in Trafalger Square, it was beautiful.

We have visited the shard before but it was evening so the views were limited. This time it was a beautiful day and we could see far out into the outskirts of London. We also took the time to enjoy the free history of the Shard with the guide. It's great it is free but on top of this he was funny, entertaing and knowledable

Amazing guided tour of the museum & grand temple.

Learnt so much from the guide about the history of the masons in the museum before moving onto the temple which is such an elaborate stunning place.

I found this tour well worth it and found out loads about the masons and the good charitable work they do.

Having walked past here on a number of occasions over the years,we decided to go in. The interior ground floor is very interesting and light and airy. There are two sets of stairs to the crypt, and we found the stairs with no signage,so we were unaware it led to a crypt. Having gone downstairs, there is a fascinating display of often unrelated bits of the history of London. These include the remains of a Roman floor,a commemorative plaque celebrating the baptism of William Penn (founder of Pennsylvania who was baptised here), and a statute from 900AD. Well worth 45 mins of your time.

Somerset house was lovely but the hello kitty cafe wasn't worth the two hour Wait we were very disappointed. Wood benches could of put pink cloths on. Two cakes and brownies to choose From was expecting cup cakes with hello kitty on. Hardly anything to buy to take home and only allowed in for twenty minutes

A very interesting tour by June and afterwards we went into two of the courts in session which was fascinating. They finish at 4.30 but we would have loved to have gone back the next day but couldn't. There is also a self guided tour if you don't want to book a tour. There are no lifts in the building . Airport style security on entry.

Great preaching and music at the 11 am sung Eucharist in a 900 year old church; a superb Anglican service of worship. And coffee, too.
