Dozens of mouth watering food stalls from every corner of the globe, decent Craft Brewery on site, indoor/outdoor vibe on canteen tables. Pretty quiet for a cold Friday PM, which was probably a bonus. Rated the Kraft IPA highly….

We were looking for something for lunch whilst in the area so decided to look around here. There was loads of variation and everything looked so fresh and tempting. Unfortunately there wasn't really anything suitable for young children so we decided to try elsewhere but had there just been the two of us we definitely would have got something here.

The urban food festival was really a great experience for me, the food was very unusual and delicious! It really had everything there. From sweet to salty, it's super delicious and definitely worth a visit!

Lovely Sunday market providing a variety of products from clothing, food, snacks and household items. Very relaxing and chilled. Takes cash too.

A choice of many different food options. Something for everyone. Not too expensive - £7-12 per person. Indoor seating offering protection from the elements and interesting water fountains that would draw in the little ones in the summer months.

Charming local farmers market selling local organic produce. Very friendly stall holders. A bit like borough market but less commercial. Perfect way to spend Saturday morning. A must for foodies!

As my local market, I love it. Not sure I would make a real effort to come, and if i did I would save it for a day with good weather. It has a good mix of stalls with produce to buy and stalls serving food. Food on offer usually includes of mexican stall, burger stall, flatbread wraps, sub club van (outstanding, but pricey), and recently a jerk stall too. Stalls to purchase food are wide ranging: veg, fruit, pastries, fish, cheese (including cheese made in brockley) and flavours of spain. Now that there are new tables with benches, it makes it a plesant place to sit and eat.

I had never heard of this market which is by Clapham Common tube and came upon it by accident. It has a good range of high quality food. I purchased a vegetarian green curry roll which was a decent sized meal for a fair £4.

I've visited this market four times in a row, and feel I'd miss it if I for some reason couldn't make it.

My favourite stalls are: the olives, the fish, the cheese, the brownies, the bread, the chocolate and fresh juices. Suddenly I've become a creature of habit. Once you sample their wares you'll understand exactly what I mean.

If you are local and haven't yet visited this market then do yourself a favour and put the date in your diary.

And to top it all off, a picnic on the top of Primrose Hill delights the soul even more. A blanket is always packed in my rucksack.

Just yards from China Town and Leicester Square and in the shadow of the Raymon Review Bar is the Street Food Union. A collection of covered stalls selling hot food to take away. Interesting selection and prices reasonable. Can be shady so you may wish to order and take your food somewhere sunnier.

Tachbrook Market is a street market open Monday-Saturday based at the pedestrianised end of Tachbook Street in London's Victoria district just off Warwick Way. During the working week it is a street food location with a range of the excellent world cuisines. Of a Saturday there is more of a focus on traditional market fare like fruit & veg.

The market is not particularly large as the pedestrianised end of the street is relatively short but it is a good selection of food choices including Thai, falafels, Japanese, and the occasional slightly less well-known option like Jordanian. Given it includes some of the best types of food, it is remarkably busy even on a blustery winter's day during lunchtime. Queues can get fairly long so it is important to time the visit effectively.

The food choices are pretty good. This is not the best in the area as Strutton Ground is outstanding but without that comparison it would be an impressive set of street food stalls in its own right.

There is a bench so it is possible for a small number of people to sit but in general this is a standing spot with most people walking away after getting their food. Despite the throughput the market is in reasonable shape with the street not being overly littered.

Fruit & veg is available at times including on a Saturday. A fish stall is also in evidence. It is hard to tell how good this is when there is an average Sainsbury's nearby and a corner shop that sells good quality stuff including some decent scotch bell peppers.

There is some good stuff at Tachbrook Market. It is fairly small and not quite the wonderful Strutton Ground but nonetheless it is a decent and reasonable value spot to grab some decent hot food to go from a range of the best of world cuisines all lined up alongside each other.

The day I visited there was a great range of seasonal veg and fruit (including organic), fresh meat and fish, herbs, pasta, bread and cakes. There are crafts, a cafe, vintage clothes and bric-a-brac nearby. If I lived nearby I'd be there every Saturday!

    The market is amazing!
So many stalls with fabulous organic products and food on the go: pizza, hot dogs and dumplings.
Bustling with people and the occasional celebrity too.
    Highly recommended

A very cool, eclectic place of shops and tables set up on the street. They have some really good bargains here. Vendors are set up every which way, sometimes through a shop, and onto another alley. My crushable, roll-able cricket hat was 6 pounds, and I love it. Visited the "book shop" where the movie Notting Hill was filmed, which is a gift shop. Good pubs for drinks, maybe not for food. They start rolling up the tables at 17:00 hours, so get there a couple hours before that.
