Lovely Pleasant walk from Countess Wear Rd To Exeter Quays is a gentle flat riverside walk with PLEASANT views and scenery walking gently takes about 1 hour.
Very nice view, has Restaurant from local, people drinking beers and relaxed enjoyed the Lovely weather.

Wonderful place to visit, acres of beautiful woods and pastures to hike and enjoy the views.. as all National Trusts, lovely gift shops and cafes... right now enjoy the wild flowers but the gardens are always love...
the walks around the house are gentle, enjoyable and offer a real panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, even more enjoyable if you have a dog.

we would definitely visit again especially for the deer safari which gives you wonderful views of the house and surrounding area as well as the magnificent deer.
There is an excellent view of the river and the deer from the rose garden and the most superb oak trees I've ever seen.
