Recently I’d a miscommunication via email and since I was waiting for a reply, couldn’t get in touch over the phone or in person, I overreacted by an email that I considered rude and with no reasonable explanation saying my booking was cancelled.
I am just writing here to thank you Te Pango F and Ryan M that truly answered as a Customer Service Team. Explained what happened and sort out the problem.
After this, what gave me the impression is that now Intercity is part of Great Sights that might be the part of lacking of customer service.

No indication at stop E that this is where the AirPort Express bus actually arrives. It was freezing cold the bus was running late and the process for purchasing tickets very slow with one operator taking his time . - p31893189Bangkok, Thailand118 contributionsWhile this is a hop on-hop off bus, while you are traveling with them it is very tour like.The bus brings you to the accommodation, en masse, so you are checking in at the hostel in a group of 50 or more, and going to attractions in the same en masse group. The bus then leaves at a very specific time the next day. The drivers are helpful only if it is information about a current stop. Ask anything extra for which they won't get a cut-back, and they don't know. Additionally, most of the travelers on this bus are 18-22, so if you are older, it is not much fun. We chose it because we wanted to get to the best spots easily, but in the long run, we would have been better off hiring a car. - HazelAuckland, New Zealand2 contributionsI booked a taxi and a driver just on the ferry to the island. I sent a quote through the website. In like 10 min, I missed a phone call which was their landline number. The lady(general customer service I guess) on the phone was not helping and not friendly at all. But I got a text message as well from a mobile number. This guy(sales manager?) was nice and friendly. He connected me to the driver, Nick.
Nick knows everything about the island from the history to the current locals!! He took us to several lookout points, one winery(Poderi Crisci, nice place different wine style from famous Mudbrick) and Mudbrick by my request.
He planed the 2 hours very efficiently and managed the time well. Very friendly, has a good sense of humour, and inspiring person himself too.
Taxi tour is not a cheap option but when I'm tired and don't have enough time to wait for the buses, it worth for me. I really enjoyed the trip with Nick, as he gave me a bit of advice on what would be the best transport option in the island I guess I will book him again next time with some more friends!
