- Greg HNewnan, GA89 contributionsWe had a great experience on our tour. Heidi was our guide and did a terrific job explaining everything to us and telling us the history of the area. The small group (5 people) was a great way to get a little more personal attention. The communication was excellent and the pickup was right on time. The tour consisted of a trip to Skylon Tower, Journey behind the falls and the Journey to the Falls on the boat. Heidi also showed us other interesting things in and around Niagra. - Kristoff S5 contributionsI booked the Maid of the Mist tour which starts from the US side at 9am. Patty from 'Over the Falls tours' called me a few days before to confirm that she'll pick me up from my hotel at 8am. Both the OTF company and Patty sent me a message the day before to confirm this. Patty picked me up promptly and the van/bus was very comfortable. We picked up other passengers and heard that the bridge to the US side would set us back a couple of hours. We stayed on the Canadian side and the Niagara Falls boat ride was amazing! You will definitely get drenched and end up with wet shoes so I totally get the advice to bring water shoes or another pair! Patty was an amazing tour guide. She was funny, knowledgeable and patient! We went to many different places in the Niagara Falls area. Our guide Micko was knowledgeable, entertaining and generous in sharing a lot of useful info about Niagara, Toronto and Canada overall. This all helped us make the most of our free time in Niagara Falls - which is an extraordinary feature. - PaulitoCFremont, CA6 contributionsGreat time visiting all the sites. Beautiful day with partially cloudy skies made for great photos. Friendly guide provided great information and bypassed all the ticket lines and showed us all the great photo locations. Enjoyable day.
We signed up for the day/evening cruise/dinner tour but subsequently notified that that tour was full. We ended up switching to a day/lunch tour. Tom seemed to know everyone by name on the bus which made the Niagara adventure fun. Tom had stories about the Niagara region which was very informative and interesting.
