It's well kept and clean and tidy from what I saw.
There is a parking charge but I didn't find it particularly excessive. We have experienced ‘naughty’ children previously and ignorant parents, but on the last occasion it was the manager who was a concern. I’ve never experienced someone who manages an environment such as this to be so rude and unwelcoming. If she was the manager then she needs to leave her attitude at home and understand that children will be curious and parents won’t instantly sit down to read a rule book about what they, as adults can and can’t do. One example was ‘Don’t push tables together’ - I have no idea why as the place wasn’t busy and we wanted to sit together. When we vacated the tables they were promptly wiped down as if we’d transferred a disease to them for the 20 seconds we were sat there. I press 1 or whatever, and then the call routinely gets cut off. Useless. The pool attendants seem to avert their eyes rather than say "good morning". A few simple courtesies would make a huge difference. Nice pool.
