We took this tour our first morning in San Miguel de Allende to ‘introduce’ us to the area. Tour was interesting, in depth but not too much, just enough to give better understanding of history & culture within the 2 hours. Guide was fun, knowledgeable & professional. He had a great personality. Listening devices were super helpful. My husband & I totally recommend.

What a fantastic day we had with Diego, our tour guide. He took excellent care of us. We were initially worried about how long the drive is and while it is undoubtedly long, it is totally worth it. Tolantongo is a wonder. It’s hard to describe the beauty of that place. We recommend making it a point to vist.

Sam was an excellent tour guide for this experience! He has the perfect personality for this type of tour: a great sense of humor and knowledge! He intertwined his extensive SMA/Mexican history with each food stop. He managed our diverse group ranging from 7 years old to 75 with ease.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the wine making process and were thorough in the tour. We enjoyed walking through the storage facilities and wine cellar! The views were gorgeous. Great experience overall.

My son, Albert Coffee, passed away on March 2, 2025.He was passionate about the Maya and especially this site. His enthusiasm and respect for the history and culture was unmatched. Over the past 15 years, he brought some 30,000 people to the pyramid, silently giving thanks to the spirits and ancestors of the canyon every time he entered the site. I will miss him terribly but I trust he’s soaring with the eagles and is watching over the site he so loved.

This was the best experience we’ve ever done. Authentic. Beautiful. Wonderful horseback riding and the food was delicious. Everyone in our group loved it. Felt safe and well looked after for our family with little experience with horses. We would love to come back

Barbara and Ernesto were my tour guide and driver respectively, and they were both great. About two hours into the drive you stop for 20 minutes for breakfast & restrooms. On the way back there's a quick restroom stop but you have to pay to use the restroom. For my fellow ADA people: It's about a 1 mile walk from the beginning of the walking tour to the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel church, and it took about 1 hour to walk because there was standing involved. There are lots of steep stairs (going down), and lots of steep declines on uneven cobbled streets. This part of the city is very hilly. Then there's a short .29 mile walk to a bus that you have to pay to ride, and the bus drops you off at the van. Overall I enjoyed the experience but it is a very long day, especially with traffic, which there will be, so keep that in mind.

I am so happy I decided to sign up for this cooking class! Chef Miguel was welcoming and genuine as he shared his family recipes , stories and love for his mexican culture and food. Chef Miguel did a great job of giving involving each of us as we cooked . If I come back to San MIguel I won't hesitate to sign up again !!

The food was excellent and I got to try authentic Mexican dishes that I had never tried before. The restaurants were well selected and in close proximity. The guide was super nice and knowledgeable about the food and the history of San Miguel de Allende. I highly recommend this tour!

Our cooking class with Isabel was the "ICING" on the cake regarding our time in San Miguel de Allende. We were welcomed into her lovely home and right away you can feel the harmony and love that resides within. Isabel is a woman with a passion for cooking and life. She was so prepared and had us share in the preparation of our meal. It was a true hands on class. From beginning to end it was an engaging and a sincere experience. We enjoyed everything we learned to cook. Later that night my husband said, " you were two sisters cooking in the kitchen." Thank you Isabel for your warmth and sharing your love of cooking with complete strangers. I hope to return.

This tour has great value! The amount of history we learned and the quality and variety of food we consumed were awesome! It is something I would take others to do again, and I am now much more interested in the history of the area. Thank you for a lovely time!
