Barbara and Ernesto were my tour guide and driver respectively, and they were both great. About two hours into the drive you stop for 20 minutes for breakfast & restrooms. On the way back there's a quick restroom stop but you have to pay to use the restroom. For my fellow ADA people: It's about a 1 mile walk from the beginning of the walking tour to the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel church, and it took about 1 hour to walk because there was standing involved. There are lots of steep stairs (going down), and lots of steep declines on uneven cobbled streets. This part of the city is very hilly. Then there's a short .29 mile walk to a bus that you have to pay to ride, and the bus drops you off at the van. Overall I enjoyed the experience but it is a very long day, especially with traffic, which there will be, so keep that in mind.
