Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Israel was an amazing tour guide, very well educated on the Mayan culture. He was very good with kids, even got my son to get in the cave cenote. Professional, friendly, clean vehicle, and the tacos! Would 100% recommend any tour with Israel. Thanks for the great day!

An amazing tour to get a taste of the Yucatan peninsula outside of the hotel. Our guide was Mario who was wonderful, entertaining and knowledgable - every thing you want a tour guide to be. We were guided around the archeological site at Tulum by Raoul who really brought the ancient Mayan way of life to life! Then onto the cenote which was an amazing experience again guide expertly by Mario. The snorkelling in the lagoon was beautiful. Although I have snorkelled before I am not especially confident but the calm crystal clear waters and being guided in a group was a game changer and the wildlife we saw beat previous trips to the Bahamas and The Great Barrier Reef. Finishing of the day with a lovely lunch at a beach club was perfect. We slept well that night!

Johnny was the best tour guide, and I really appreciated his knowledge and comfortability when traveling. He is extremely personable and 10 out of 10 made my entire trip to the Yucatán worth it. I highly recommend booking with Johnny for an awesome experience.

Amazing experience, especially with such a knowledgeable and kind guide as Tainara. Good entertainment for family and kids, caves are fantastic, good to explain geology and other concepts for the little ones.

I truly enjoyed the day! A long day but you get you moneys worth! The boxed lunch was “cute” sandwich, juice box and fruit, brings snacks for the ride but and good way to see parts of Cancun.

Great trip! Very very well organized and on time. Amazing stops and organization even at those. We got to Tulúm before it opened which we loved since there were less people and the sun wasn’t as brutal either. It was perfect timing. At Coba, definitely recommend taking the little bike taxis to get to the ruins and back, it was worth it to save time and energy in the heat. Very interesting stop as well. But make sure to bring pesos with you!!! You needed 100 per person to enter and then to pay for the bike taxi which was 150 pesos (but again worth it). The cenote was beautiful and felt amazing! They do accept cash or card to pay for the life jackets and the lockers. The lunch they provided was delicious! Pastor our tour guide was super nice and helpful and willing to answer questions. The driver Luis was also amazing. This overall was a great trip and I was very impressed with how organized it was because you really got to maximize your time at each stop. Would highly recommend!

Our guide, Joshua, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Tulúm ruins and the area in general. He took us through the entire property in a perfect amount of time, stopping to show and tell us about specific things and took photos for us, but didn’t drag it on for too long. We chose the Jaguar cenote and it was quiet and peaceful, but not as exciting as I had imagined. The lunch was delicious and authentic! Next up we snorkeled with the sea turtles. Our guide was very helpful with our youngest child and showed us lots of sea turtles. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing day! The staff were amazing especially Jesus who was so informative about everything related to Mexican and Mayan culture and history. We had time to wander around ourselves at Chichen Itzá and Ek Balam and the timings of visits were perfect, especially Chichén Itza as we were there before the crowds and managed to get great photos of just us there! We had plenty of time in the cenote too and the lunch included was really good. Transport was also fab and we were a small group of 10, which was just right. Highly recommend this trip, it’s an absolute must! Thank you guys for an amazing trip, Meryl and Ioan 😊
