Finca Sala Vive by Freixenet Mexico Ezequiel Montes
#19 of 125 Food & Drink in Central Mexico and Gulf Coast
We took the classic tour which is very affordable and it includes the visit of the winery including the description of the process, the types of wine they make and other interesting facts.
We went directly to Finca Sala Vive Freixenet and booked the tour which includes a bus ride on their grape vineyards.

Compared to Sala Vive from Freixenet, this is a smaller place but you get a fantastic view of the vineyards and it has a cozy restaurant with a magnificent view.
Once you are in you can decide to take a tour (walking, riding a bike, or by mini train), or you can also just chill by the side of the vineyard.

We'll definitely recommend this winery to our friends as well as return there on our next trip to Tequisquiapan.
We toured the winery.

Bodega Dos Buhos San Miguel de Allende
#39 of 125 Food & Drink in Central Mexico and Gulf Coast
We have been to wineries all over (Europe and the United States) and this tasting and tour was one of our best ever.
Our guests loved all five wines we offered them to taste, the winery is a great event space, adaptable to any style of decor; the rustic setting just far enough outside of town to feel bucolic.
