Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Lyn RPottstown, PA23 contributionsThe ultimate calming experience. Walking around here felt just like a Disney movie with butterflies everywhere, even landing on you. Please have children respect the rules by not touching the butterflies.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Joy R8 contributionsThe chapel itself is quaint and is surrounding by gorgeous views. It seemed like stray dogs live at the chapel as there were two when we got there and water bowls for them.Written 12 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - stutz50Springfield, MO279 contributionsIf you are interested in learning about the ostrich, this is the place. Our guide was very good and funny. You get to feed the ostriches and hold an egg. Its a short 30 minute tour but well worth it.Written 30 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Herbert B27 contributionsNice little church. Beautiful inside. Was part of our half day tour. Has interesting history. Has outdoor seating because inside of church is so small.Written 23 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jasmine70 contributionsA nice place to stop, take pictures and enjoy the view. There isn't a sign that describes the history of the mine, so if you may want to book a tour if you want that info. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the stacked rocks and rock art (apparently created by tourists), as it takes the natural beauty away from the scenery. If you're arriving by car, be advised, there are dirt roads and to drive slowly and carefully.Written 18 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Cristy IToronto, Canada6 contributionsGreat hiking spot, cool view. Very isolated not a tourist packed spot, very tranquil and peaceful. You can go down to the Spanish lagoon too .Written 18 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Cruiser819853New Rochelle, NY20 contributionsAttending high holy day services at Beth Israel Synagogue in Aruba was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment you enter the synagogue you are treated like ‘family’. The services were all inclusive. I was hesitant about traveling during the holiday. I contacted Rabbi Dan in advance and he assured me we would be welcome. We will definitely return during our yearly visit to Aruba. - cenztIowa5,821 contributionsGood trip. We arrived at approximately 10:30 am and made our way up the stairs leading to the grotto. The grotto was very nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday, and the caves surrounding the decorations were jaw-dropping. There were several benches in front of the grotto, that visitors could sit on during mass.
Tip: I recommend spending 15 minutes here if you truly want to see everything.Written 31 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The walk was great but our timing was not good as the Historic Museum at the fort was closed. But, we enjoyed exploring the fort tower from the street and whatever exhibits in the surroundings. A metal placard at the fort was pretty informative about the history of the fort and its current use as a museum. It was a nice quick stop in spite of not going inside the museum (requires fees).Written 1 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Levon MRaleigh, NC6,873 contributionsFrom the outside it is a beautiful Church but since we were there on a Monday it was closed and we couldn't see the inside. There is a small marker with some information about the church. We passed it on our guided walking tour of downtown Oranjestad.Written 25 April 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
