- Danelle KingdomAuckland, New Zealand4 contributionsHad a fantastic day’s fishing at the Mokes on RnR. From booking the trip with Steph, to being on board with Wayne, it was a fantastic experience. Wayne is an awesome skipper with decades of knowledge who put us on the fish at every spot we tried. The boat is so comfortable, with plenty of space to fish and shelter to get out of the sun. We were on holiday with three other families and had nine kids in total ranging from 8 - 15 yrs. All of the kids LOVED IT, even on the day it rained. The instructors were all awesome. Friendly and great with all of the kids. The adults all loved it too, standing on the beach, drinking coffee. On top of learning how to surf, it was an excellent way to start the day and the kids are all keen to do it again next time we’re in mangawhai. - MarkMahurangi East, New Zealand65 contributionsA great walk, mostly through bush. There are a variety of tracks to choose from. Criss crosses the stream and is slippery and muddy in places.
