He was a little late, but there within 15 mins. His English was good. He customized the tour so we wouldn't have a lot of walking. He stayed with my husband when they were walking which was great.
I couldn't believe how beautiful Taroko Gorge is. Tour guide Jason Lee was knowledgeable, eager to teach, and made certain each participant had an excellent experience. We were with a group of six . Pick up and drop off were at our hotel. Aboriginal snacks ( including sausage link and agar bubble drink) and a full delicious lunch. Tour was very comprehensive, including Swallow Grotyo, suspension bridge walks over the gorge, Eternal Spring Shrine, Bell Tower trail and more. Lots of background and history not only of outside conquerors and threats, but also about the Islands aboriginal peoples. - Vincent H180 contributionsEven though the Toroko Gorge was hit by an earthquake Allen organized a very nice alternative trip through the surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble and some lovely touches including water being provided and a fruit stop. Photographs failed to jdo justice to this wonderful place so you’ll just have to visit it.Santa’s local and historic knowledge was great.
