Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Jessica ZBoston, MA84 contributionsWe did the olive oil tasting and gastronomic experience which included a full lunch. Lunch was tasting menu style, so it was 6 smaller sized courses plus dessert, and all the food was upscale, traditional and local to the area. The meal was so special and so much attention and care went into it. The tasting room also had the most incredible view! Amazingly - they even had toys to entertain little ones, which we weren’t expecting. We had our toddler with us and this was a lifesaver!! And they were so kind to make him a special kid friendly meal that he actually ate. Toni was so nice and knowledgeable and the olive oil was delicious. This was a highlight of our whole trip!! I can’t wait to see how Identitat grows and succeeds!Written 1 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AlbertSalichsManresa, Spain11,524 contributionsMonestir de Sant Salvador d'Horta is an old monastery located in the button part of Santa Barbara Mountain, in Els Poets Natural Park, in the South of Catalonia. Nowadays, from here you can go to the mountain, and a part of the monastery is in Ruins and in the other there are some expositions about the history of the place. Pitifully, we could not enter because we arrived there in Christmas Holidays. The outer zone is very nice and th views of the monastery and the mountain are very beautiful, pitifully the place should be cleaned from weeds.Written 10 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - VictorGJ71 contributionWONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!
We are a group of camping instructors that wanted to explore new activities for our summer camp, we had heared about Horta de Sant Joan and the green way, and wanted to try the experience to see how suitable it would be as an activity for a summer camp. We chose Montsport to rent the bikes, it was placed in the same village and just at the beginning of the greenway from Horta de Sant Joan. We call two days before and book 11 bikes and a Team bike of 4 to try out. On the phone, the attention was amazing, when we arrive at about 10:00 in the morning and they
We recommend the experience from 0 to 99 years old, and Montsport as a company to do it with, because of their varaiety on bike types that adapts to any situation, kids from all ages, families, groups, different intensities and health conditions, they've got very versatile options for everyone and also whit a great price. Moreover, all the workers were amazing and the pick-up service and attention impeccable.

You are well secured to the safety cable, so don't worry, but between the Zip-lines and the swinging platforms you move across, all the while suspended up in the air. I loved it and I'm not young, fit or "wild" but I found it a good challenge and lots of fun, especially the second time around ! Monica is a great help, very professional yet friendly, and the whole activity would be great for friends of families!Written 18 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
