Like many other great museums, this great institution is truly enjoyable and celebrates America through a thoughtful exhibition of a classic American art form.
This museum is a must for country music lovers, beautifully laid out and in chronological order, one of the best museums I've visited.

The best museums are the ones rich in history and this one had it in spades!
So we did it all and were rather surprised that we enjoyed the museum as much as the tour of Studio B! The Studio B tour is fascinating and we had a terrific guide in Brenda.

Lane Motor Museum Nashville

One of the most entertaining museums I have ever visited and plan to return next time I am in Nashville and I will be sure to set aside more time to enjoy this excellent facility.
My fiance is a car geek and even he was surprised by the variety of vehicles in the Lane museum; they're unlike any we've ever seen at other car museums!

My love of museums is exceeded only by my love of music, and this place offers both in SPADES.
I have been to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland which to me is the mecca of music museums.

I love going to history museums and Presidential homes are always on the top of my must go list when visiting a new city.
If you are a history buff and love museums and learning things, you could probably spend the whole day if you're a good walker.

This museum is above the Johnny Cash museum and is accessed by lift to the 2nd floor, it has great music and history to the life of a great artist, this museum tells of the short life of a great country singer .

One of the best museums I've ever been to because it was small, clean, well organized, well displayed, wonderful memorabilia and very interactive.
We loved the design of the museum because it was much less overwhelming than some of the large museums, and they still managed to show us everything there is to know about Mr. Cash.

A few of the interactive exhibits weren't working when we were there, but overall, this is one of the best museums in Nashville, second only to the Hall of Fame.

If you enjoy botanic gardens and art museums, this is well worth a trip out of downtown.
We absolutely loved it...beautiful flowers, exquisite views/photo opportunities, trails, herb gardens, running water, a mansion/museum, an adorable miniature railroad, etc.

We always appreciate towns with free museums, but usually have fairly low expectations ... this one exceeded our expectations for sure.
What often interests me about southern history museums is how they describe the expulsion and extermination of Native Americans and the experiences of African-American slaves.

The facial hair and detail is quite amazing, but Tussaud did perfect the art of wax figures long ago and having one of her museums in Nashville is definitely a nice addition.
Our family has visited a few wax museums and this was by far the best.

They have a reciprocal membership with many different museums, including Houston's Children's Museum, so we were able to use our membership for entry.
We've traveled a ton and have been to many Children's museums and science centers and this one is awesome.
