I wanted to finish the holidays with a bang and this ride delivered.
The views, the adrenaline ride over the Noosa Bar into a one metre swell. My 18 year old daughter and I were sitting in the front, the best place to get an amazing experience. We changed seats a number of times so everyone has a chance to experience the front.
The views looking back towards the main land was fantastic. The rock formations the large swell hitting the rocks was so good.
There is a hint to save your back and bottom stand up and use your legs as shock absorbers.
Amazingly the best was still to come!
Whale, whale was the call and to our right was a small pod of whales. An infant breaching out of the water just near us and the size of the adults was so great to see. Then a large pod of dolphins swam right beside us with infants, sea eagles and the awes and aha continues smiles were on everyone’s faces.
This ride is a must for locals and tourists. The person who greeted us on arrival was extremely knowledgable and gave us a detailed walkthrough on how to use the boat, along with recommended places to go see. We spent most of the time riding round the Noosa river before anchoring off at the beach for a swim.
