Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The castle is connected to the ALbergo dell'agenzia and the banco di vini, and its beatiful park in Pollenzo right outside of Bra. Calm, almost serene, surrondings. A great place to relax.

The Wine Bank contains over 100,000 bottles of some of the best wines (not just from Piedmont, but across other wine growing regions Italy). The intention is to store great wines until they are properly aged for maximum drinking enjoyment. For instance, Barolo itself being a full bodied and rich wine needs many years in the bottle itself to express fully. It’s a very interesting (and free) immersive experience to walk through their cellars. The other unique feature is you can pre-load a prepaid card at the reception desk, and swipe it at dispensing machines scattered across the cellars, as you stroll – at €3-8 per glass, depending on the wine!

The exterior of this church is constructed mostly of red brick in the Gothic style. It incorporates flying buttresses and stone towers. The bell tower is said to be in the Germanic or Nordic style.

It was built in the 1840’s a part if a revitalization plan for Pollenzo.

The neo-Gothic interior is more impressive with beautiful ceilings, a wooden choir salvaged from a monastery, and several interesting statues.

We really enjoyed the Vespa tour in Turin. Good wine tasting and a scenic tour to Superga. Thank you for the organisation!
