We had a beautiful Birthday Lunch for a Lady who deserved it
The setting is very comfortable and relaxing
Menu was very good and food served was excellent

Alfresco dining at its best. Great location by the coast. Attentive service, great food, fabulous wines. A must goto experience in the Hawkes Bay. Go for a long lazy lunch you will not be disappointed. Some of the best wines NZ has to offer. The Reserve Chardonnay is highly recommended, as is the Old Olive Block Bordeaux red.

We called in for lunch on a busy Sunday afternoon and they were all but booked out. We had a big table booked and the sun was shining! The meals were beautiful and just the right size. The steak was cooked to perfection and the fish was delightful. I expected the prices to be expensive but we were pleasantly surprised. Well worth a visit!

Bailey was amazing & totally enhanced our experience. We arrived earlier than our booking & it wasn't a problem. We relaxed through the afternoon & consumed the vibe. We'll be back, take care Napier.

Food & wine was good. Service was ok, took a while for the first drink order.
The property appeared a bit tired & run down. The bathrooms desperately need a make over & a good clean. Toilet seat was old & scratched. At least replace it.

We had been out enjoying a Sunday drive through the TukiTuki Valey and thought we might stop an a winery and enjoy a lovely glass of rosé at a local winery. However when we got there we were told they couldn't serve us a glass of wine as they were fully booked. We explained that we didn't want to order a meal and were happy tnot be seated . They were still adamant that wasn't possible. Very disappointing and not keen to go back.

New Years Day 2023, a beautiful drive to a beautifully located winery.
Tammy took us through some lovely wines and had a fantastic knowledge that she was more than happy to share.
The restaurant was fully booked for lunch, but more than happy to do tastings.

We booked for 12pm but they said come at 11.30 so you get in before the table of 35 due at 12- so we did!
Then we were told by the waitress that lunch orders aren’t taken till 12! So- we waited!
The food was fine
My small plates were small so that was a bad choice as I ordered one
Then wanted another which didn’t Arrive until the large table were served so my friends enjoyed their desserts at the same time!
What was great was the wine cellar door person! She was amazing! She explained everything about each wine and was passionate enough to really enthuse us to buy a few bottles as well as order some with our meals!
