This village is like Masouleh near Gilan and Kang near Mashhad. These village are famous that buildings have been built into the mountain and are interconnected. It takes about 2 hours from Sanadaj to Palangan village.

The roof of one house serves as the courtyard of the upper house. Non touristy place for foreigners or a weekend day trip for locals from nearby cities. No hotels and eateries. Managed to survive there for two nights, memorable experience.

Yes, you can find many villas for rent in Kamyaran , but I suggest you to go to Kermanshah or Sanandaj to rest in a better hotel . and also you can see many historical monuments in Sanadaj or Kermanshah too .

I went with a friend, who drove, so I really cannot provide much information. Sanandaj is not a small town. I would have to believe that there must be a service of some kind which would provide transportation.
