Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This museum is well worth a visit and a $2 entry is so cheap.

We decided to come into the museum after sand castle building on a fine but cool day. 6&8 year old found it interesting and enjoyed doing the activity pack.

A lot of good surfing history here, as well as general museum stuff, but the surfing certainly brought back memories for me. Staff were friendly and was well worth the $2 cost to get in.

Last saw the Raglan Museum years ago but it is in brand new premises and nothing like it was. Now a brand new building which is combined with the Information Bureau. Nicely set out, plenty to see about the history of Raglan and also about Surfing - that's a first that I have seen, plenty of Maori artefacts with good descriptions, Surfing memorabilia and mor. Well worth a visit and good for a small town Museum
