Easy to find, I recommend that you visit in the very late afternoon. Later in the day, the sun is shining on the falls leading to a better picture. Half-way down is a beautiful platform for a selfie too!

Such an awesome experience. Walking out of the bush to hear and see the raw power of the falls. I’m really unfit and have a torn calf muscle, and I was still determined to walk down all of the stairs to see it at all...More

We were unable to walk to the bottom of the falls due to an injury that my husband had, but we were able to make it easily to the top two platforms and they give you a fantastic view of the falls anyway. The walk...More

The roads around Danie that we drove on were very, very bad. Its such a pity as the various waterfalls are worth seeing. We also found that the routes to the waterfalls were not sign posted until we were almost at the falls. If it...More

Beautiful falls - an easy drive from Hamilton or Raglan. Especially spectacular after rain. Good workout too!

Lovely walk, felt very spiritual at the bottom of the falls. Took us a while to find it, needs better signposting.

Easy walk for people of all ages and abilities. Children will love the bush walk and the waterfall is spectacular. Gets them away from their devices for the morning

Easy walk to see the waterfall - nothing much to see from the top platform but the middle platform captures it. Even though it was raining the whole time it was spectacular

As others have said, it is a short track, but it depends on your fitness level as to how long it would take. You could easily do it within 30 minutes, but could allow longer for just enjoying. Enjoy!
