Standing tall on Hoddle Street, this majestic historical building oozes charm and is very photogenic. Worth including on your exploration of nearby Smith Street. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

One of my favourite town halls is the forever photogenic collingwood town hall. A great vantage point is the pedestrian crossing just down the road

It is without question the most impressive building in the Collingwood Abbotsford area and is now part of the City of Yarra and serves as a secondary building for that council.

This renovation took a very long time, nearly 2 years. But it has been made so more an inviting. There are ramps, a wide open reception area, so one does feel intimidated entering the Town Hall.

If you drive along the notoriously busy and unattractive Punt Road-Hoddle Street stretch of roadway just east of the city you'll see a tall, grand old building. This is the Collingwood Town Hall -- although council amalgamations mean it no longer functions as a local...More
