Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

About a 10min walk of the road and over a hill brings you to this 8 metre high secluded waterfall. It's a fairly decent sized swimming hole and there's usually a few people here. You can walk up the right hand side of the waterfall to it's head and then easily follow up the stream for about a 1 km. There is private property to east of the stream though that'[s easily accessible so be careful your don't stray on to it.

Lovely small waterfall not far off Highway 1. Need Google Maps to find it as no signposts of any discription. Initial path starts from a Cemetary and some interesting family graves are passed. Viewing area is at bottom of an incline - take the left hand fork for the best views of the fall. Not much water when we visited as after a long dry period but it was still interesting and worth the walk.

Visited a month ago, really enjoyed the walk through native bush and having fantails follow inquisitively.

The area around the falls is quiet tiny with no real room to sit. Would have liked to climb up to the top of the falls but the trodden path was quiet steep and muddy.
Definatley recommend good shoes and a towel to sit on.

It's a very nice waterfall and pool but the track is rough and there is not much room for picnicing. Suitable for older families - not pre schoolers. Not a lot of parking either. It is dog friendly - our dog loved it!

It's a secluded spot, accessed via a short walk through native bush, passing an old cemetery and overgrown gravestones. The falls themselves are somewhat unremarkable, but it's a peaceful and pleasant enough location.

Hidden away from view and if your not a local you would not know it was there. Go to the end of the Cemetery and follow the path for about 500m to the waterfall. Some old graves on the way and it not accessible for wheel chairs due to roots and steps down. Climb up the side of the waterfall although the path is narrow.
