Lovely warm day down in Dane’s dyke today. Ice cream is well deserved when you’ve walked back up from the beach at the small cafe at the car park.

Not for the elderly bad on their legs and the walk is treacherous but well worth it. The long walks are had but rewarding. The beach is lovely just check the tides before you go. Lovely little cafe (cheap too)

Danes Dyke is fab to take dogs and is very safe. And a lovely walk along the beach and there is a little hut where you can get refreshments and also toilets that are free to use

Good parking area which is pay and display. Wooded area leading to a beach. Good for rock pools and sand. There are toilets at the car park and a picnic area.
