If you are in Cividale and have free time, then visit the national archaeological museum. You can visit only the archaeological museum or you can buy 3 tickets together. One for the museum, the other one for the temple of Langobardo and the third one...More

The collections here come from Roman and Lombard Friuli and are cleverly displayed to show the use of the objects and the development of styles with great explanatory material.

The museum is quite interesting with variety of objects to view. Lots of items discovered in graves. Some of the exhibits got a little repetitive .
