This is a lovely place to visit, whether the tide is in or out. Just be aware of tidal issues when parking your car. The surrounding attractions are of equal interest including the old church in Bosham.

Great to walk all around the shoreline and back admiring the scenery and wildlife. At low tide you can walk across on a sort of path. Park in the car park not near the water, otherwise your car could be flooded as the tide comes...More

We went last week , I have never seen the tide so high ! It’s agreat place to visit picturesque,quaint ,beautiful on a fine day , it was pouring when we went ! So had a good lunch at the the anchor bleur !

Stopped here today for our picnic, high tide still catches people put as I recall from last visit. Lovely to walk round and admire the old houses and church

You can access in a dinghy at all states if tide although tricky at low tide or a couple of hours before
