Thank you for your lovely comments. I think I could also add that we space our tee times out and have so few actual members that it is rarely too busy to enjoy those views. There are a number of blind holes on the course...More

I think you may have had a chat with my wife yesterday about the Lady Golfers? Either way both members and staff have to be welcoming. If not I will tell them off in a very angry manner! One word from me and they tend...More

Three of us attended here for a game this month. Although the greens were scorched in places (to be expected given the heatwave) the course was lovely and there were some great views. The regular members were very friendly and we had a great day...More

Thanks James. We appreciate your understanding in respect of the greens. We are a free draining course so when we have drought conditions we have no chance to keep it green. The up side is that we are open nearly every day of the year....More

Called in here completely by accident following a very hot and fairly challenging walk on South West Coast Path from Lyme Regis. The final part of the walk takes you across one of the greens and past the clubhouse. We were planning on getting something...More

We are very used to walkers looking a little unkempt so no worries there. Yes we are a golf club but we are not of the snooty variety. Both the staff and the members are very happy to greet newcomers. After all the Jurassic walk...More

At this time of year the views are spectacular and even though I don't get a chance to play that often, every time I see something different. If you come back, treat yourselves to a buggy for the first six and spoil yourselves by using...More

That is very heart warming to hear. We have 10,000 walkers pass through the first fairway and very few pop in for refreshment. I think it is the traditions of golf clubs being snooty and unwelcoming. I am sure that your review will help to...More
