We have a small studio in the heart of Pukekohe offering a variety of Hatha style classes based on the classical yoga tradition. Its is a relaxed environment with no pressure or expectations - a place to unwind, stretch and breathe in our hectic busy lives.

I was on holidays and attended the yoga studio with my friend for the hatha yoga class. The teacher was lovely and explained the postures. We both felt very relaxed after the class.

This is a fantastic little studio with small classes in a relaxing calm atmosphere. I really liked the breathing exercises which I had not done in a yoga class before. Absolutely loved it, I will be back :-)

My soul is in heaven, my body is catching up! Easy going and wonderfully varied classes with a lovely instructor!
My happiness meter is on the rise since I've found this unique yoga studio.
Everything is sparkly clean, pleasant, peaceful, easy to follow and just plain uplifting! As a newbie I'm finding it easy to keep up and follow the poses, and ALL equipment is provided, even a cosy blankie!
Sirpa effortlessly provides a magical mix of breath work and movement. Couldn't ask for more.
I would highly recommend Sirpa's classes, just plain fabulous!! I'll see you at the next one ;-)
