We picked a good day to go to Samiland as the skies were clear so there were good views from the top of Levi Fell. The exhibition is mainly inside and there is an option to just do the inside. It is very informative as...More

Really nice and authentic and interesting. Indigenous people have been badly let down all around the globe, so it is nice to learn more when given the chance.

I found this to be an interesting exhibit, in two parts. We were lucky to have a Sami man, Ante Aikio, do the presentation for us. Indoors first, in the hotel Panorama on the hill in Levi, there were photos, artifacts, and information panels. As...More

This is a very nice exhibition on Sami history and culture. It has tons of interesting pictures and does not overburden you with text. If you are interested in the region, make this part of your trip.

The inside part of the museum was alright but not extraordinary. But it does give a good picture about the sami population. The outside was not pleasant at all because you are being chased by 100 musquito's.
