This was a great excursion and we’re so glad we booked! The day started off with a quick boat ride to Anchorage Bay where we had the opportunity to explore the beach and adjacent rocks while Kira, our guide, and Nicole (apprentice) loaded the kayaks for launch. Spent the day on a fun adventure exploring our way back to the Kaiteriteri, seeing seals and beautiful scenery on our way. The lunch provided was delicious! Thank you for the adventure!

This was a well-run kayaking tour from start to finish -- got picked up early morning in Nelson and dropped off in Abel Tasman National Park, then motorboat to kayaking starting point. It was worth it in every way -- beautiful scenery, friendly, knowledgeable guide and fellow kayakers to socialize with. Abel Tasman was my favorite spot in the whole country, great hiking and water activities. This company also provides a box lunch if you add that to your reservation if you don't want to bring your own. They also provided bus transport back to Nelson. Really recommend it!

Our young guide, Cam, made the kayak trip fun with his knowledge and humor. He actually tied his kayak to ours to help us navigate some tricky waters. The aqua taxis were fun as well.

We would highly recommend The Sea Kayak Company. We did a half day kayak and unguided walk - Birdsong, Beaches & Seals. Pauls recommendations to what options would work for us where so helpful, good kayaks and our guide for the kayak, Ethan was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water and the walk back through the Able Tasman Tasman was lovely. A great way to see some of this beautiful part of NZ.

We hadn't done much kayaking previously but we needn't have worried! All the staff were friendly, our guide Gabi made sure we knew what we were doing before we set off. We did the Split-Apple Rock trip as we only had time for a few hours. The weather was great and after kayaking out towards the rock we stopped on the beach for our picnic lunch and a lay in the sun before making our way back. We will definitely be back to do the full day tour! Highly recommended.
