Surprisingly, such beautiful paintings are in such a poor environment. The area is far behind the advanced needs. But the art gallery is beautiful.

I was here as part of a coach party the gallery is very interesting as was the tour which was in Russian the paintings were very old and priceless which made the whole visit worth the effort

Fine collection, I really do like the painter but if was very hot inside the gallery. It felt sometimes that you can still smell the fresh paint, it was so hot inside.

That is a small museum, you will find a most of the art created by Ayvazovskiy. But most notorious works in other museums. Before go refer to days and hours of operation !

Unique gallery, quite interesting work of the most famous russian-turkish seascapes and coastal scenery artist. This is museum rather that a gallery, quite old and needs restoration.

Beware the opening times which seem to vary depending on the week... The ticket booth is actually close to the beach, rather than where the exhibition is...
