Not only do you see SPY cameras from all over the world but also camera film that is still better than today! Some from 1900’s and still working. The spy stuff reminded us of Maxwell smart haha. But real buttons that had a camera attached....More

We absolutely loved it, the guided tour is must. $15 for a guided tour, we learnt so much on the history of camera’s. Some of the camera’s are over a hundred years old, & still work. Well worth the visit👍

For some reason my daughter is fascinated with spies and spying, so when we saw the museum she had to go in. Michael gave her a great tour (it wasn't busy) and after we finally extracted her it took a few days before she stopped...More

We popped by on a whim, because my 6 year old likes “secret spy stuff”. For $40 the four of us received a 90 minute guided tour covering the history of photography, some cool spy equipment and stories, and a few hands-on exhibits. I’m not...More

There's only one way to do this museum - pay for the guided tour by Michael. I'm not saying you won't get value out of it if you don't but you'll absolutely, definitely, miss a whole lot. The tour gives great insight into ingenuity. It...More

Had the guided tour which gave a fascinating insight into espionage techniques over the last 100 years and the gradual evolution of photography. Well worth the $15 cover.

I'm astounded at how many residents of Herberton - deceased or still around - were collectors of rare cameras. The original curator of this museum was himself a spy, the current owner and guide, Michael, is an eccentric, extremely knowledgeable photographer. My husband is a...More

Michael Peterson is very knowledgeable, and loves his collection. Apart from miniature spy cameras, there are all makes and models of photographic gear across the ages.

What a strange experience. Entering the museum on a whim, we were greeted by a cluttered room full of cabinets and "stuff" everywhere. Not quite sure what were agreeing to, we paid our $30 and began a "tour". Michael was informative and clearly knows his...More
