On a family visit today. They are still having issues with their toilets by the cafe. There are now about 8 portable toilets, however only ONE was open today!! I’m glad that none of us needed to use them because the smell as you walk...More

We had a family day out at Margam Park (parents + 2-year-old), and while there's lots there, I got the impression of a place that was really keen on its wedding and children's group activities but which had left the general attractions drift. The park...More

On a summer Saturday there was nothing happening apart from the orangery and house being closed due to a wedding, though nothing on the website giving advance notice. After a 3hr drive, we weren't just going to leave. A nice walk around the place though

Nice place for day out with kids. A lot of walking involved. Small fairy tale playground inside. You pay only for parking, park itself is free.

What a great place for a day out! Very spread out so be prepared to walk, but this meant tons of space. Little one loved the fairytale land and went in all the buildings. Would have stayed in that section longer if not with older...More

We had a fantastic time in these amazing grounds! The castle is absolutely stunning and it is always exciting to learn about the previous residents! The orangery is a spectacular building, as is the ancient monastery. We were allowed to bring the dog with us,...More

We paid £5.60 to park and took a picnic, the only other thing we paid for was £1 each for 3 arrows in archery. My 2 boys had some raw talent so they ended up letting them have several go’s for free, which was great....More

Yes you can, you can walk along the road into Margam Parc, just be aware of the traffic :) then you don’t pay as you only pay if you park a car in their car park :)
