We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Not only the detailed discussions about Glassmaking: the science, techniques, craftsmanship etc but also the hospitality and low key approach to sales. My wife and I visited this factory during our time in Venice. We found it to be very friendly and without the oppressive crowds of some of the other glass factories. Gift shop had a nice selection of items with reasonable prices.
