It is nothing but a godown with lots of empty rooms on two floors to keep old statues. Charge for indians is Rs 25 per person. Worst management/ upkeep. Not recommended to visit. Save time and money by avoiding it.

Am sure while this place can take us back into history as Rani of Jhansi used to stay here and address people; but the place is run down and nothing worthwhile is left. Not maintained. Very unfortunate. Visit only if want to and have time

The Rani Mahal, Jhansi was actually the palace of Lakshmi Bai. The Palace has now been refurbished into a museum that has carefully treasured the remnants of history and also the little artifacts that belonged to the period of Rani Lakshmi Bai.

Really good collection of many ancient Indian artefacts and idols and to witness where Rani Laxmi Bai had lived once to understand our culture and society at that time in India.
