More of a classroom lecture on ecological farming which turned out to be very interesting . Very theatrical presentation. He clearly loves his lifestyle. Will answer your questions when asked. Does not explain a lot about the mass banana industry, just about his bio farm....More

Fran gave us a most interesting talk on not just bananas, he is very passionate about the Eco systems. He spoke in several languages and was very entertaining for young and old alike. Thank you

If you are interested in food and environment, you should not miss this visit! The guide is a passionate and he provides you with information which is much wider than the banana plantation. It is well worth the visit!
