A hard up hill track to a viewing platform in a huge cave with lots of cool formations. Worthwhile if you are up for it.

Rawhiti Cave is unusual for its abundance phytoliths, in the form of stalagtites bearing "plates" or discs of calcium carbonate that support mosses. A lengthy hike up the river and the gorge side is well worth the time
