Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just great. Few cinemas retain any character, but this one is full of it an an indulgion for devotees. Reminds me of the Hyde Park cinema in the 1970's. The inclusion of an 'intermission' which lasts until everyone has been served is a throw back to a time often sadly passed. Here for only a few days but am scouring the program of upcoming films.

What a delight! This local theatre is run by a non-profit organization and owned and run by the people of Golden Bay. Patrons are treated to a choice unique seating which includes couches, bean bags and the more traditional theatre seats; modern sound and projection equipment; both current and off-the-beaten track movies; and a well stocked snack bar that includes free water. It was a perfect place to view “A Star is Born”. I wish we had a theatre like this in our local community.

This cinema is a gem, small, cosy, comfy couches, tasty snacks and drinks. It shows a variety of films from big names to small independents, usually of the thought provoking kind. Love it!
