This was one of the only churches open on a Monday in Spello. Not much from the outside but the inside is beautiful in its own unique style. Free admission and worth checking out if you’re in Spello for the day

The exterior was not that impressive; but it doesn’t necessarily indicate the interior’s beauty. And the interior was quite nice. It had a smaller version of a Bernini type canopy like in the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Cathedral. The altar sat on an old Roman column....More
