We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Totally enjoyed the hours spent going around the old buildings and seeing the old ways things where done. And the old church was lovely inside. Interesting facts I learnt that day about the area

Just a short drive from the hustle of the city and you have a nice scenic, country styled town that rivals any destination spot in Australia.

The parklands surrounding the Historic Precinct provide a great spot for a picnic with a large lake, paved and shaded picnic areas, expansive lawns and a variety of water birds to keep you company. Lovely!

This is apparently one of the highlights of Armadale.

And I must have picked the wrong day to visit because both historic buildings were closed when I visited on Monday.

The buildings are quite nice looking from the outside and they're set in a nice picturesque setting next to the lake.

Parking is free nearby although it can be difficult to find a spot as council buildings are also located here and the carpark was pretty full when I got there.

Maybe only visit if you're nearby.

The Gardens at the Court House and old school are superb in spring and I am lucky enough to visit at least once a month. The Film festival in the park, the Outside the Frame Art Show in The Town Hall is outstanding and showcases the best artwork from students in the South East Metro area. Put that on your Calender and stop to see the gardens and Lake while you are there.
