Together with the lake, one of the characteristic elements of the Garda Trentino landscape is the rock of Arco, dominating the plain of the River Sarca at the point where it widens. Three paths lead to the castle, which was the residence of the Arco...more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon - a nice hike up the hill, 3,5e entrance fee to the ruins. The view from the top is great - also dogs are allowed (by the way).

Not much to see, except the beautiful views. Good exercise, there's a lot to climb. Fortunately there are several points to get more water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, having arrived on a bus from Riva. But nobody warns you that the walk is quite as long or steep. No use for the unfit or disabled. Not a massive amount to see once you get there.

A very good opportunity to get a birds eye view of the surrounding landscapes. Not expensive at 3 e but some might prefer to look around at the ticket office and omit the castle walls.

A “must do” if in town and feeling up to it. You can access it via footpaths and steps from various points in town. Takes about 20 minutes. You get to first level where there is a nice tower and pretty good views. At that...More

Very nice castle. The route takes about 15 min to reach it. But they are closing sales of tickets before 17.30 so you have to be earlier. Views from above are super!

We enjoyed our visit to this very interesting castle. Parked our car in an unusual but free car park in amongst many olive trees. It is a very steep climb to the castle and to be honest some areas would not be allowed if this...More

take a nice walk from Arco Centro up the mountain to these well preserved ruins. Small entry fee to help keep the nice restored.

Well worth the hike up to the castle. It's a bit of a climb in parts. Castle is very interesting and quite a bit to look around. Prices are fairly reasonable. Great views over Riva, Arco and Torbole.

About 20 mins on the bus. Which only costs 1euro each way. From memory it was the 2 and 3 buses that went there.
