Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The views were absolutely beautiful! A must see at least once in a lifetime! Atmosphere cannot be explained. You must see for yourself in order to get the full experience of all the beautiful places offered.

We spent a day here in 2015 and it left such good memories that we decided to come back to experience it once more today. It was just as good as before. We took the first boat out, not only do you get a discount but you have the opportunity to have fewer people on the island. We were able to enjoy it for quite a few hours and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our boat trip and seeing the ship wrecks. It certainly is a beautiful place to visit.

We had lovely weather and the captain went round and round so everyone could see the 1895 wreck. All the crew are helpful and pleasant.

There are several ship wrecks in the area which you can see from galss bottom boats or by diving or snorkling. Som of the wrecks are well preserved despite being there for a hundred years.

We visited both Flowerpot Island via a Bruce Anchor Cruise, and the the Fathom Five Visitors Centre (which is included with your park pass). Both are well worth visiting. On Flowerpot Island we had up close glimpses of both Flowerpots and the Cave. We also saw the lighthouse and other islands from our boat (along with a couple of shipwrecks). Then at the Visitors Centre, we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the gallery of exhibits about Fathom Five, Bruce Peninsula and Tobermory. Then we climbed the steps to the top of the Lookout Tower for a great view of the bay and the Peninsula. If you are planning to only take the shipwreck tour think again and make sure a stop on Flowerpot Island in the Fathom Five National Park is included!

Was able to visit Flowerpot Island and learn about some of the other islands as part of a Bruce Anchor Cruises tour and also saw more of it while on the Chi Cheemaun Ferry. Flowerpot Island is likely the only way to actually walk through the park (for the regular visitor).

The glass bottom boat ride to the park is not very long. You can take the short hike up to the lighthouse or go beyond. The trails are rocky with tree roots so wear sturdy shoes. Don’t forget to take a dip along the way!

There are several sunken ships to view around the Tobermory harbour, bays and coves. Take a "glass-bottom boat" tour or kayak or snorkel to see the shipwrecks up close.
