Lots of sharks, the feed them while you watch. Turtles, Ray's and other fish you can snorkel with. You can get in with the sharks too. Afterwards the serve some fruit and have a very funny show, no spoilers

Our hotel (Bora Bora Pearl Resort) quoted $130pp for full day. We booked direct with (Claudine's) Lagoonarium for $100pp if we paid cash. Full day tour includes a tour around the island, 4 snorkel stops which were excellent, lunch at the "lagoonarium" (which doesn't offer much... some sharks, turtles, some fish) but good place to have lunch, beer/water on the boat. I think the half day doesn't include lunch and the lagoonarium stop without eating wouldn't be worth it.
