I was following my golfing husband and just had to go over the sand dunes to admire this beautiful long and mostly empty stretch of beach. White sand softly rolling surf clean blue water blissful.

A beautiful stretch of beach to walk you, your dog or ride your horse. Unreal views over the water to Hen & Chickens, Moturoa, Little Barrier, Sail Rock....😆. Part of Bream Bay expanse which has number of these fabulous"gems" to wallow in. Warm for most...More

We always enjoy a stopover here in our campervan. The planting continues with native shrubs and there are hot showers available for $2. You can always find a good spot except maybe in peak summer when it would be more crowded.

Took my horse riding on the beach. Was awesome! Nice and flat highly recommend. Only thing I'd suggest is better adequate fencing between golf club and beach.

The vistas from this beach are amazing. Little blo karts abound in windy weather and you are assured of a wonderful walk along a great beach!!

I recently spent three glorious days relaxing and swimming at Uretiti Beach, Northland. Just north of Waipu this beach is part of Bream Bay, a 22km stretch of white sandy beach. We drove in the entrance to the DOC camping ground, turned left and followed...More

Sometimes you wonder. When I crossed the dunes and first laid eye on this beach I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I have read reviews of beaches that would compare as a landfill to this beach and got five stars. What on...More
