My friends and I took a cooking class with Erica that was over the top. She was very organized and we made the most amazing food. She used quality meats and sausages and we got to eat it all outside her cute little B&B I would highly recommend her. It was in a very authentic Italian setting. It wasn’t like going to a Marriott or a Hyatt hotel but it’s just what we wanted in a quaint area!!!

If you weren’t a friend of Erika’s before, you will be when you leave! This was our second experience of cooking with Erika and it did not disappoint. This time we stayed in her comfortable B&B set in the countryside of Luca. Erika is well organized, patient, and makes cooking together so much fun. Our 4 course meal of kale bruschetta, pasta with sausage and grapes, chicken cacciatore and Zuppa inglese. And don’t forget the wine! I highly recommend this wonderful cooking experience and staying in her B&B!!

This was an incredible experience all around, from the welcome dinner to the farewell breakfast! The full immersive program was action-packed and you learn so much in a short time-span with hands on learning experience throughout the days’ activities. This course is for the serious students that have a burning desire to learn as much as they can and take it back home with them to share the experience and wonderful recipes with others. Erika has other lessons that are more suited for the light at heart that would like to have a short introduction and less intensive of an experience. For my husband and I, it was absolutely fabulous and the event exceeded our expectations both the cooking course and the wonderful apartment which made us feel at home. Erika is such an amazing teacher, so friendly, warm, funny and gracious. She made the class enjoyable and enriched us in so many ways. Not only did we learn so much we also made new friendships and now we have extended family in Italy. ;) We are eager to come back for another phenomenal experience as soon as we can arrange another trip out.

We are a family with a mixture of people in their twenties, fifties and sixties, everyone had a fantastic experience with the cooking class right in our villa. The cooking part was lots of fun and Erika’s joy was infectious to everyone! The meal was excellent, everyone loved their food. We were celebrating a birthday and Erika made a birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this experience.

Amazing experience, the ragu pasta is amazing. The truffle pasta as well is out of this world. The pork and potatoes as main course are great and to wrap everything up with a great tiramisu. Everything is amazing quality and they both are extremely nice and good teachers. Great cooking class recommend it a lot! Me and my family were very happy.

We had such a great day Cooking with Erika! We learned a lot of new techniques! First we started with the tiramisu, then we made 4 classic italian sauces. Finally we made fresh pasta. All 10 people helped with the preparation of the delicious recipes. Erika and Valentina served the food and it was absolutely lovely! We had a fun day, learned a lot and it was great spending a day Cooking with Erika. Highly recommended!

My family and I scheduled a private cooking class with Erika 2 summers ago. We were staying in Lucca, so we were close enough to drive to her house for the class. It was such a unique experience, my boys still talk about it to this day. We handmade tiramisu, tagliatelle and a ragu sauce, along with rosemary pork. It was very laid-back with no schedule, so we were probably there for 5 hours. We sampled Prosecco and lemoncello throughout the process and enjoyed a wonderful Tuscan red with our dinner. She was so patient with our boys, who can sometimes be a little antsy. They were totally locked in because they were involved with the entire process. I highly recommend spending an afternoon learning to cook with Erika. I just wish I had posted this sooner.

The food was amazing for our birthday dinner with 15 people. It was so nice to have them come to our house for the dinner. They brought everything and set the table very nicely. They even made special food to accommodate our gluten and dairy allergies. My favorite was the homemade pasta and the tiramisu!

We loved the cooking class of Erika!! She learned us a lot about preparing typical Italian food and we had an amazing dinner at our holiday address. She was super kind and patient, also with the small kids in the group! Thank you Erika for this unforgettable experience!
