We've found most i site offices pretty helpful but this one sets the standard. Extremely helpful with full explanation of possible walking trails. Also she was willing to give us some historical background to Te Aroha. Superb interaction with other visitors too. Almost a highlight...More

We stopped by to find some locally made items along with souvenirs in general. The young woman there that day was knowledgeable and friendly.

The female staff, seriously wants to help visitors, try to find the best way to deliver the information. A good local knowledge, combined with friendly manner, with plenty of brochures make her effort easier to please the customers, appreciated.
