We called in on an extremely wet day with an hour or two to spare to ask what we could do in the area. The lady was very helpful and suggested we could visit the spa mineral baths, she rang and asked them if there was availability and booked us in. She very charming and helpful.

The female staff, seriously wants to help visitors, try to find the best way to deliver the information. A good local knowledge, combined with friendly manner, with plenty of brochures make her effort easier to please the customers, appreciated.

We visited the information centre to get some ideas of what to do in and around Te Aroha and Morrinsville. There was a lovely friendly young woman working on Sunday morning and she had some good suggestions. The centre has photos and maps and offers some history of the area. A good place to start when arriving in Te Aroha... More

Our first insight to Te Aroha was to visit the Information Centre where we were spoken to by knowledgeable and friendly people. The volunteers took time to explain every aspect of the running of the town, the many facilities available, the pleasurable activities... More

My partner and I recently were married in Te Aroha. We hired the Band Rotunda, and the Domain house for our big day (something that the crew from the i-SITE) manage.
