Currently summit walk is closed but still can do tui domain trail. Bit of mud around after the cyclone has been through. Still good to do if in the area. I saw some cracks in the trail so didn't hang around too long up there in case of a land slip. Cyclone went through last week.

Such a beautiful walk through this mountain trail. The weather was perfect when we walked but I would suggest comfortable shoes and take your water. Views are beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the summit. I would suggest that you wear good boots and pace yourself.
