Built by the architect Lluis Domenech i Montaner, Casa Navas is on her singularity uno de los mejores ejemplos of Modernism in nivel europeo. Built between 1901 and 1907, and located in the very center of the city, Domenech i Montaner Proyecto por Joaquim Navàs a building that housed the nueva dwelling and the property business of its client, and that mostraba the Plaza del Mercadal an imposing façade of stone with a tower located in the corner. Desgraciadamente, in 1938, during the War Civil los efectos de un bombardeo destruyeron is slim tower and the capping stepped original. (Limited places, booking is required at the Tourist Office)

This is one of the many interesting buildings in the city of Reus. It is in the main square opposite the council buildings. The exterior is very ornate and the interior is all old world. Great architecture all round..

I booked the tour in advance at the Gaudi Centre on my first day in Reus. The Saturday tour at 12.30 pm cost 10 euros and was certainly worth it. Bags etc are guarded at the entrance and we had to put on dinky little...More

One of Modernist Architect Domenic y Montaner's gems. A cross between modernism and gothic revival. Huge oriol window. Amazing stone carvings and columns. Downstairs is a very upmarket bedding shop

This is a wonderful but no so well known piece of domestic architecture. The internal decoration is amazing. Unfortunately the guided tour is somewhat rushed and no photography is allowed. You need to book to visit.

What a wonderful building overlooking the square near the Gaudi centre. The stone work is simply stunning. Grab a coffer in the square.

Beautiful example of unmolested Modernisme. Reus itself is great city, very underrated in my opinion. The square that Casa Navas is on is the hub of some great side streets, and of course the Gaudi museum is right on the Square too
